First, verify the rule is Active (not Paused) in the Sync Rules page. Check that you haven't exceeded your monthly record limit — you can see current usage in Settings → Usage. Also check the Execution Logs for specific error messages. If the issue persists, try toggling the rule off and back on.

Permission errors usually mean the OAuth token needs to be refreshed. Go to HubSpot Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → FieldSync Pro, and click Reauthorize. If you're using Custom Objects, make sure the crm.schemas.custom.read and crm.objects.custom.read/write scopes are granted.

Rollups calculate based on associated child records. Verify that the correct associations exist in HubSpot between your parent and child objects. You can trigger a manual recalculation from the rule's settings menu (three-dot icon → Recalculate). This will re-process all existing records.

Go to HubSpot Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → FieldSync Pro, and click Uninstall. This will immediately stop all sync operations. Your HubSpot data is not affected — no property values are deleted or modified during uninstallation. Your FieldSync Pro configuration will be deleted within 24 hours per our data retention policy.

Each FieldSync Pro subscription is connected to one HubSpot portal. If you need to sync data across multiple portals, you'll need a separate subscription for each portal. Contact us at support@usefieldsync.com for multi-portal pricing.
